Trust the developer
Tap the enterprise developer entry listed there, then Trust, then confirm. This is the step that authorises the app to run. Without it, tapping the icon produces an Untrusted Enterprise Developer message.

Why iOS builds stop working
Enterprise distribution certificates exist so companies can deploy internal apps to their own staff without the App Store. Using them for public distribution breaches Apple's terms, and Apple revokes certificates it finds being used this way. When that happens, every copy of the app signed with that certificate stops launching at once — usually with a message saying the developer is no longer trusted.
There is no fix from the device side. Deleting and reinstalling the same build will not help, because the signature is the problem. You need a build signed with a new certificate, which means downloading again from the operator once they have re-signed. If your iOS app has suddenly stopped opening and nothing on your phone changed, this is almost always why.
The practical consequence is that iOS is the less stable of the two mobile routes. Android sideloads do not depend on a certificate that a third party can revoke.

Which iOS versions are supported?
iOS 12 and later, on both iPhone and iPad. The Settings path changes slightly by version: iOS 12 calls it Device Management, iOS 13 and 14 call it Profiles & Device Management, and iOS 15 onward call it VPN & Device Management. The step itself is the same in all of them.
Do I need to jailbreak my iPhone?
No. Enterprise profile installation is a standard iOS mechanism and works on an unmodified device. Any site telling you to jailbreak in order to install a casino app is asking you to disable your phone's security for no reason.
The app installed but will not open. What is wrong?
Almost certainly the trust step has not been done. Open Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, tap the enterprise developer entry, then Trust. If that section does not exist or the app still refuses after trusting, the certificate has been revoked and you need a re-signed build.
Will my account be lost if I have to reinstall?
No. Account details, balance and history live on the operator's servers, not in the app. Reinstalling and logging back in restores everything.
